Scope & Content: Peach pits are burned in furnaces and charcoal extracted and placed in drums. Rubberized fabric is marked and cut. Rubber-rimmed eyepieces are cemented in place. Nose clamps, head straps, mouthpieces, and breathing tubes are attached to the face pieces of the mask. Charcoal and cotton wads are placed in canisters and the canisters soldered and tested. The completed masks are tested.
