To print pattern of letter L in python, here I used 2 loops, one for row looping(height of the letter) another loop for printing space ' ', and stars '*' to form a pattern of letter L.

There are 2 conditions where I print *'s
1) The first column
2) Last Row
In all remaining cases, I will print space(``)
