🔧 Make a Powerful 12V DC Power Supply Using Parts from a Damaged LED Bulb | Amazing Ashish
Hello friends! I’m Ashish, and in this video from Amazing Ashish, I’ll show you how to convert a damaged LED bulb into a robust 12V DC power supply using basic components and a custom PCB. Perfect for small electronics like LED strips, fans, relays, and more.

🛠️ Making Process:

Disassemble the faulty LED bulb and extract the driver board and bridge rectifier.

Mount the bridge rectifier on a PCB and connect it to AC input.

Add a 2200uF / 25V filter capacitor after the bridge to smooth the DC.

Connect a 7812 voltage regulator for steady 12V output.

Attach a 1uF electrolytic and 104 ceramic capacitor at the output for clean voltage.

Assemble all components neatly on the PCB.

Test with a multimeter to verify 12V regulated output.

⚠️ Caution:

This circuit involves direct 220V AC, which is dangerous — handle with extreme care.

Always disconnect power before touching the circuit.

Use insulated tools and proper safety precautions.

This DIY is recommended only for those with basic electrical knowledge.

Incorrect capacitor polarity can lead to explosion.

Wrong 7812 pin connections may damage your components.

Improper bridge rectifier wiring will short the circuit.
