Hello there. These ebay CNC Frame Sliders for the Honda CBR300 r came without instructions so I hope this helps someone. I recommend these, just don't over-torque the screws as the brackets are made of relatively soft metal. I'd recommend using loctite to keep these holding tight through all the vibrations. No animals were harmed in the making of this video.
