Today we are making a full dinner recipe that reminds us of those terrible Microwave Dinners we used to eat - Except THIS is delicious! These Hamburger Steaks are made with love and seasoned to perfection - then smothered in a fantastic onion gravy. We served them up with a new spin on Mashed Potatoes and some Broccolini for health, lol. Let's #makeithappen

1 lb Ground Beef
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
AP Seasoning
smoked paprika
italian seasoning
1 egg
1/2 cup parmesan bread crumbs
1 tbsp avocado oil and butter

Gravy:
2 chopped onions
8 oz chopped mushrooms
3 tbsps butter
3 tbsps all purpose flour
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 cups beef stock
1 tsp better than bouillon beef base
2-3 tbsps heavy cream
1/4 tsp browning (if needed for color)
2 tbsps tomato paste
chopped parsley

Blue Cheese Mash:
2-3 lbs potatoes
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup blue cheese
2 tbsps sour cream
All Purpose Seasoning
