"Monday After the Miracle" is a continuation of the inspiring true story of Helen Keller (now 20 years old) and her loving teacher, Annie Sullivan, the “miracle worker,” as their relationship is threatened by a caring man who comes between them. Based on William Gibson’s follow-up play to his acclaimed “The Miracle Worker.” It ran briefly on Broadway in late 1982, with Karen Allen and Jane Alexander in the leads. This is the premiere on CBS as America's Night at the Movies from November 15th, 1998 with original commercials.
