This CVA was implemented on a major collections tool used by the client. Here the collection process involved viewing pins which were shared with our client by their customers.
These pins were available in a sample PDF format which came from the source system.
Since the source system was old in nature, it was a tedious task to obtain the PDF directly from it.

Our team tried to eliminate the pain point by developing a mechanism to easily copy files & transfer over part of the file.
Our solution was a tool that scans the source system directory, uploads the files present in it as per our target & filters only the required invoice PDF’s.
