If you're not the best at drifting but still want this trophy/achievement, I hope this guide works for you.

First, finish the story and unlock the A$AP Rocky car. I used Suspension (Road) & Tires (Road), and in the Auxiliary slots, Nitrous Drift & and Nitrous Grip.

Start the Takahashi Special drift event in the bottom left of the map. Aim for x5 and try to keep it for the entire run.
By the end of lap 1, you should be close to 125k (the halfway mark). Hopefully, with the x5 bonus and the yellow combo bonus of 2k if you fill all 3 circles, you'll get enough points by the end of lap 2 for the trophy.
