Breast Augmentation + Lift Surgery | Dr. David Stoker

Dr. David Stoker, Los Angeles. We're doing a tricky case, which is both a breast augmentation and breast lift simultaneously on a patient who's had 40-pound weight loss, as well as a significant asymmetry of the breasts. We ended up using a 250 CC moderate profile implant on her right side. And I thought that looked great, close to the D cup size she's looking for. And then to match the other side, we ended up going with a 270 CC implant. I thought the 285 CC size was a little bit larger result and a little bit larger breast than on the opposite side. So I'm closing up a deep layer now to secure the implants in there. And then, I'm going to work on the breast lift part of this procedure, as well as improving the symmetry of the shape of the breast on the two sides. We'll keep you posted.
