Step1: System Management
System management allows users to modify passwords, log out to switch accounts, lock the system when inactive, and adjust the recording interval for various line cards. Email configurations can also be set for extranet.

Step2: User Management
User management includes adding, editing, and deleting users, with roles such as Administrator, Operator, and Browser. Administrators have full access, Operators have all rights except user management, and Browsers can only view information. Users can filter and view all authorized users by selecting a specific role.

Step3: Data Security
For data security, the database can be initialized, imported, or exported; however, note that exports cannot be saved to the Local Disk (C:).
