GULAB JAMUN WRITTEN RECIPE :

Ingredients:
Chashni
• Water 2 cups
• Sugar 1 and 1/4 th cup
• Cardamom Powder 1/4 th tsp
• Food coloring optional
• Lemon Juice of 1 lemon

Jamun Mixture :
• Milk powder 1 cup
• Flour 1 tbsp
• Baking powder 1/2 tsp leveled
• Ilaychi powder 1/4 tsp leveled
• Ghee 1 tbsp
• Egg 1 *room temperature

Method :
Make Sugar syrup first and let it aside. In a bowl prep using Milk powder, Flour, baking
powder, cardamom powder, Clarified butter, and egg ( RT ) mix to make a dough. If sticky use
oil to make balls. Fry on low till color then dip into the sugar syrup.
