Reheating a Frozen Brisket in a Sous-Vide?

Welcome back to J.P. BBQ guys. I will be reheating a frozen brisket in a Sous-Vide. #jpbbq #sous-vide #lonestargrillz #brisket Before you guys give me grief, I originally smoked this brisket in the Lonestargrillz (LSG). Just could not eat all of it so I froze the point in a foodsaver bag for a future date. And to my surprise reheating in the sous-vide, it was just as good or maybe a little better than the day I made it in the LSG. Absolutely delicious.
