Simple Baby Fish Curry | পোনা মাছের ঝোল | Bengali Macher Jhol

✍🏻INGREDIENTS :
◇ 250 gms of baby carp fish (চারা পোনা মাছ)
◇ 1 big potato
◇ 1 eggplant
◇ 3-4 green chillies
◇ Fresh coriander leaves (for garnishing)
◇ 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
◇ 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
◇ 2-3 tbsp mustard oil
◇ Salt & Turmeric powder
◇ 3-4 cups of water
◇ 1 Dry red chilli
◇ 1 Bay leaf
◇ 1/3 tsp of nigella seeds
