WINNING THIS BEST GROUP OR DUO ARTIST OF THE YEAR AWARD at the 6th Annual Indie Soul Awards this year is really the start of my dreams becoming true as an independent recording artist. I would like to thank the great soul singer Will Downing for singing this duet with me. I'd like to thank my son Josh who I co wrote the song with. I'd like to thank Marcus Williams on drums and Dean Mark on bass. I'd like to thank Nils for mixing the song as well as Ron Boustead of mastering "Butterflies". This award is given to the artist that has the most radio airplay and streams in their nominated category so I'd like to thank my fans as well as radio worldwide.
