This is preservation line, its function is to remove rust on the surface of the steel plate and apply a protective primer. It is mainly composed of loading system, preheating system, shot blasting system, painting system, drying chamber, dust collector, unloading system.

The roller system carries the steel plate, which first enters the preheating system for heating, and then enters the shot blasting cleaning system. After the entrance photoelectric detection system senses the steel plate, the shot blasting system starts to work. The blast turbine has been calculated by engineers through three-dimensional simulation to determine the projection position and angle, so that impurities on the surface of the steel plate can be completely and efficiently removed at one time. There must be steel shot on the steel plate after shot blasting, so engineers designed a roller brush cleaning system. All steel shot on the steel plate will be cleaned through this system. The cleaned steel plates into painting chamber through roller conveyor. The entrance to the spray paint room is still designed with a photoelectric detection system. After the steel plate enters the spray booth, the spray gun starts to work. The spray gun sprays the steel plate from both upper and lower at the same time, ensuring that all parts of the steel plate can be sprayed evenly.
A large amount of exhaust gas and dust will be generated during painting and shot blasting, the matching dust collector will solve this problem. Through the filtration of the dust collector, the exhaust gas can fully meet the national standards. After painting, the steel plate will enter the drying chamber. The drying chamber can solidify the steel plate paint surface in a short time, shorten the time for drying the paint surface, and improve production efficiency.
The painted steel plates leave the production line through the unloading system.
This is the working process of the preservation line. The pretreatment line can not only clean steel plates, but also shot blast and paint H beam.
