✨1c Flour
✨2 Large Eggs
✨1/2 tsp Salt

For flour, I use Anna Tipo ‘00’ which is extra fine, and gives your dough a silky, smooth texture, but you can substitute All purpose if you can’t find ‘00’

Tips:
Serving size 〰️ 1 egg per person
Dough Consistency if dependent on: egg size, humidity, location, etc.
If Dough is too wet, add flour; too dry, add water/evoo

Continue adding flour to your dough mixture if it starts getting sticky, sometimes I need to stop the machine & add, move the dough around a bit & begin kneading with the machine. Should come together in 5-8 mins of kneading with the KitchenAid.

Cover and let sit for 30 mins to 1hr and you are ready to flatten & cut with your pasta attachment 🌟
