Ask the Union Leaders: Should rail workers get a pay rise if services aren't improving?

RMT Assistant General Secretary Eddie Dempsey says that how the railways operate is down to the government and the train companies, not the transport workers.

He added that "everyone deserves a pay rise", saying his members haven't had one in three years.
