welcome back to my channel fam! I can’t believe it either, but I am back with another video! it’s all about affirmations. I created a little challenge for the month of July. I felt like we could all use a little bit of positivity in this time. the challenge is all about claiming the things you want in your life. the rules for the challenge are below. I've also dropped some youtube videos that I watch almost every morning. surrounding yourself with positive messages and people is SO IMPORTANT for mental health!

21 DAY CHALLENGE RULES:

1. pick four "I AM____" affirmations and one goal oriented affirmation for a total of 5 affirmations. if you are a veteran claimer than by all means just pick any 5 affirmations.
2. speak, write, and visualize your affirmations
3. watch your life change in a positive way!

I’m currently still quarantined as much as I can be. it has been important to me to stay home and out of way as much as possible as rona is still here.
