Review - ES 600 Waterfall Airbrush Spray Booth

He's posted two different reviews of the same booth. The first video was posted back in December 2022. The second video was posted in December 2023. Even though the two booths are under different branding, they are actually identical in every detail apart from the brand name.

This is a detailed review and demonstration of the ES-600 waterfall airbrush spray booth. In this review, I provide an up close view of the components of this spray booth and I discuss some of the things that are of poor quality or might cause frustration if used on a daily basis. I also demonstrate how dirty and contaminated the unit becomes after just a few minutes of use. Although the spray booth does capture some of the paint overspray into the waterfall, it produces a filthy mess after just a few minutes of use.

This product is sold on Amazon by many different 3rd party sellers. They simply rebrand the product with their own logo, but the underlying product is the same. The unit consists of a water pump that recirculates water over an acrylic plate that is designed to remove paint particles from the air. There is also a traditional air filter behind the waterfall curtain. The air flow is produced by three variable speed PC-style fans.

I made this video in response to a review that was posted by the Barbatos Rex channel. He gave this unit an enthusiastically positive review and made it seem like a worthwhile purchase. I couldn't be more opposite in my negative opinion of this thing! This product is poorly constructed, it doesn't do a good job of capturing overspray into the waterfall, it produces a mess after just a few minutes of use, and there is absolutely no way to obtain service or replacement parts. The user's manual doesn't even show a company name who makes this item. I can only conclude that it is so poorly made and so ineffective that the people who made it don't want anything to do with it after foisting it upon unsuspecting hobbyists!

In conclusion, all I really need to say is BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy this waterfall spray booth from amazon or from anywhere else. If you need a spray booth, I recommend that you just go with a traditional air filtration spray booth and don't be deceived by this 'waterfall' gimmick. This particular unit creates a wet mess of gunk and and it does a terrible job of actually filtering the paint overspray from the atmosphere. There are far better options available, with less frustration and mess.
