It has taken a lot of effort and time for us to be able to copy two old bouzouki moulds (body-soundboard), so as to approach the sound of the pre-war six-stringed bouzouki as faithfully as possible.
It would indeed be great satisfaction to us if this video recording of our work could be useful even at a minimal level in inspiring and renewing traditional luthery; and this as regards its technical and historical aspects but also in particular as regards the ‘architectural’ design of bouzouki, beginning from the instruments of that particular epoch. Because the pre-war period is still aesthetically untouched by any subsequent influences and changes effected to the character of the six-stringed bouzouki, so that it could adapt to the continually developing conditions and desires.

We hope for your forbearance as regards our inevitable amateurisms. However, we do not lose our hopes for improvement, because we count on your sincere observations. They will help us become more useful. So, your comments will be more than welcome and we need them.
