World Four: The Spa Level, if you will. Emily's supposed to be relaxing, but instead she's running the whole spa by herself, because the unprofessional owner is putting her own family drama first and manipulating a customer's good nature to run her business.

I don't like Mary-Lynn. She is my least favorite character in this entire series, even less than Jean-Claude and Brigid. I hate Emily working this level more than I hated her working her own wedding venue. Maybe it's because I'm a mother, but it made me personally angry that this so-called personal trainer specializing in pregnancy made a woman in her last trimester do intense manual labor. The exact opposite experience Emily actually paid for. I hate that she never brings that up, or demand shareholder ownership of the spa, or something!
