50 gm Flax seeds
10-12 garlic cloves
3-4 dried red chillies
15-20 gm sesame seeds
15-20 gm roasted and peeled peanuts
1/2 lemon juice
Salt to taste
And water


For mix sprouts dosa :

1 cup mix sprouts
1 cup regular idli/dosa batter
Coriander
1 chilli
Salt to taste
