OnePlus 8T | My Detailed Review After One Month

I've been using the OnePlus 8T as my main phone for over 1 month, here's my detailed and honest long term review of this near-flagship device starting at only €599.

The value of this phone is amazing. The speed OnePlus has been able to engineer by combining the fastest chipsets and ram with their Oxygen OS software based on Android 11 is awesome. The phone is 5G ready and I've been getting decent speeds.

The build quality and design is fantastic and could be compared to phones of twice the price but my favourite part is the 1080p, HDR+ 120hz screen which is smooth, fast and feels & looks amazing.

The quad-camera set up, although not quite in the top leagues, are really good for the price, almost knocking on the door of top-level iPhones and Samsungs. The Macro Lens is not that great and the monochrome sensor and baseless addition but overall I've been very happy with the main and ultra wide sensors. The 4K cinematic video impressed me especially.

There is no IP water rating on the global version of this phone and the lack of wireless charging will be a miss for some. Luckily the 8T has superfast 65W charging that will charge 58% in just 15 minutes and 100% in 34 minutes.
