One of the things I have enjoyed most in recent years is meeting Italian people here in London. Thanks to my singing teacher, Max Bonanno, I have been able to learn to sing my favourite Italian songs, even though I don't speak the language.

I chose this song as a way of saying sorry to Italians for the insensitivity of the person who suggested that they were using Covit-19 'as an excuse for a long siesta'.

I hope you like my stripped back version of Toto Cutugno's 1990 Eurovision winning song 'Insieme 1992'.
