Something unfortunate, New Business, Grocery run with Scottie

Happy happy Sunday #skyfam!

It’s good to be back. I know I said there would be a Guam vlog, but Slater and I ended up having to go back home when we landed due to an unfortunate incident. I’m not ready to talk about it just yet, but we are slowly recovering and hopefully, things will get better soon. This situation has made me realize a lot of things lately. The most important of which is how everything in life is fleeting and we can’t hold on to much. Bad days come just as fast as good days and that’s just life. It’s hard to be thankful or to look at the silver lining when you are in the thick of a bad situation. However, at the end of the day, I’m just happy to be back home with my family, knowing that we are all safe and well.

On a brighter note, YiFang Cebu finally has a new branch at Ayala Center Cebu, inside the Metro Supermarket. Please do visit if you are in town and try our new drinks- the Mango Cheesecake and Strawberry Milk ones. Scott and I are always on the look out for more fruit teas and we are so happy to bring our recipes to more people! Let me know if you get a chance to try it!

We also ran a few errands after grabbing our Milk Tea fix and Scott helped me do the groceries. Of course, we couldn’t leave without his favorite buwad fish! Do any of you here like to eat dried fish too?

My favorite part of this vlog is hanging out with my 2 boys and seeing them interact with each other. Sevi boo is growing so fast and is able to converse and communicate so well already. His personality is truly special and he always makes everyone around him smile. What is your favorite part of this vlog? I truly hope it made you smile today too!
