DIY Roof Rails Install for Nissan Rogue or X-Trail

My 2019 Nissan Rogue came without roof rails and I needed to haul a canoe and Yakima cargo box so I ordered the below rails and set off to do it myself. The instructions are near non-existent for DIY install of roof rails so I put together this quick recording in case anyone is in the same situation.
