Infrared Light:

Feel the heat: Infrared light is generally safe but overexposure can accelerate skin aging by breaking down collagen and elastin.
Cloudy day confusion: Why you still need sunscreen even when it's cool and cloudy.
Visible Light:

More than 50% of solar radiation: Visible light is less harmful than UV light, but high-energy visible (HEV) light, especially blue-violet light, can contribute to skin aging and oxidative stress.
Ultraviolet (UV) Light:
