Cloaky is a Cloaker without Cloaker-San (usuallyt called Night Vision Gogles). This guy is dumb, stupid, imbecile, and very CRAZY. His brain was upside down!

Everyone hate him, not even cops, heisters, and humanity are hate him very much.

Overkill must add him into PAYDAY 2

Features:

-Cloaky appears in one down difficulty

-He is agressive
-You can make him hostage, sometimes he come friendly with you
-More angrier he is, more agresif he is
-But in reality, he is stupid
-He come with many count when in Payday 2 April Fools update
-Sometimes he can help you to stealth, stealth will very easier with him
-Car shop heist will very easier to complete
(Cost is $1.000 in planning phase, meet him at the parking lot)
-When you shoot him 1 times, he will no longer like you and knock you down just like regular cloaker
-When in assault mode, he has 50% change to appear with another regular cloakers
-He scared with bulldozers, so don't let dozers come to cloaky
-Careful, he can kick your ass from your behind suddenly
-He doesn't wear a night vision googles, so careful! You will not see him in the darkness
-He can defeat captain winters and his bodyguards only 1 seconds. So you will not be afraid with the captain. But make sure cloaky is with you
-he can also come in normal-mayhem difficulty, but not many, only 10% change
-Cloaky has 300 health, or half of bulldozer health
-Helicopters (Police helicopter & FBI Blackhawk) now destroyable. Only friendly cloaky can destroy them
