Over the past year, global space activity continued to expand. Launch numbers climbed, satellite constellations surged, and a widening roster of nations asserted their presence in space. With that expansion came a sharper edge to the operational, safety, and security challenges in the domain, and heightened concerns about the increasingly complex behaviors from foreign satellites that demanded closer scrutiny.
