Maleficent—racked with guilt—wants to tell Aurora the truth about the curse, but her love for the girl makes her hesitate.

One day, Aurora secretly returns to the castle and meets her biological father, King Stefan. But rather than joy or love, she finds coldness, obsession, and fear. To him, she is not a daughter—but the living embodiment of a dangerous prophecy.

Overhearing whispers among the servants—

“We must protect the King.”
“The witch will come for him…”

Aurora misunderstands. She believes Maleficent’s curse was meant to hurt her father… not her.

💔 The Explosion of a Broken Heart
Feeling utterly betrayed, Aurora flees the room in tears. She screams:

“You said you loved me… but you betrayed me from the very beginning!”

Maleficent appears, desperately trying to explain:

“I’ve tried to undo the curse… I’ve tried. But I can’t.”

But the pain is too raw. Aurora doesn’t listen.

Back in the forest, Aurora slowly begins to question everything. She returns to the places where she and Maleficent laughed, played, shared quiet moments—the lake, the little hut, the flower field.

But her godmother is nowhere in sight.

She calls into the wind:

“Godmother? Please… I know you can hear me…”

Silence answers.

But something in Aurora’s heart whispers—she may have misunderstood. And the truth may not be what it seemed.
