Unresolved issue with Nav TV Zen-V audio interface in Audi A5 2018 (European) Non B&O Factory System (Standard Audi Audio). Current Audi MMI software version 0235.

Description of issue: Disconnecting phone causes reversion to DAB radio with distorted audio. Switching to FM radio and then back to DAB radio causes the distortion to stop and normal radio audio to be resumed.

System Configuration.
Zen-V running TOSLINK output to Audison Prima Forza A8.9bit.
iPhone X over wired lightning connection to Audi USB Type A socket (Anker MFi Apple Certified cable).
Audi MMI software v0235 (latest for vehicle as of 10 Feb 2021).
