She has 2 builds one utilizing her swords attack and one utilizing ultimate spam, I'm using sword build in this video and for this build you need the following:

Elysia's Great Blade into Cloudwalker, you don't need anything else, but I like taking the ultimate signet for extra damage and ult CD reduction.

as for other signets priority is Aponia2, Griseo2 Su2 since she combos fast and currently +2, Kalpas2 and Pardofelis1 also viable.
