Here's the workout if yall want to try it out! Dont hate me if you do lmfao. Remember a superset is when you do 2 exercises back to back. Example do your first set of hip thrust which is 1x10 after you finish those 10 reps go straight into a kas glute bridge and do 1x10. That counts as 1 set! Goodluck! 💞

Hip thrust - 3x10
SS w/ kas glute bridges - 3x10

RDLS - 3x10
Ss w/ Goodmornings - 3x10

Bulgarian spilt squats - 3x10
Ss w/ step ups 3x8

Hypertension - 4x10 last set till failure
Glute medius kick back - 3x12
