Since 1928, the restaurant has changed hands several times, but the desire to serve traditional French cuisine seems to have been preserved from the start.
Game cooking is a specialty, and I would like to try stews like coq au vin in the fall.
Also, the fish dish (sea bream on the daily menu) that was served next to us looked delicious.
