Описание к видео Quad Exercises | Back Squat Video Tutorial

In this instructional video demonstration I will show you how to do a Back Squat. This exercise is performed as part of a Legs routine workout. This is one of the best leg exercises you can do. This exercise along with a calorie surplus will help you to get big legs.

Primary Muscle: Quadriceps,
Secondary Muscle: Glutes, Calves

The Squat is the Daddy of Leg exercises. It builds great Leg size along with core strength and stability.

Start with feet facing forward, hip width apart (or wider for Sumo stance).

Position the bar just above the shoulder blades, pump your Traps to aid.

Unrack the bar and step back keeping the same stance.

Holding your core tight and your back straight, push your hips out as if sitting down and bend your knees keeping them behind your toes.

Continue to lower until thighs are parallel with the floor (or lower).

Pushing through the Heels, straighten your legs keeping your core tight to return to the starting position and complete the rep.
