An appreciation for material things like tents can be as simple or complex as you make it. For me, it runs a little deeper than just a shelter, why do we always take tent pics on the mountain tops or with a back drop of the stars falling onto them? Quite simply put, we love them. As we sit in our small tent amongst the vastness of the wild alone, those pictures are moments captured that remind us all of our insignificance. Come and join me as I take my tents out for a short trip and talk about what I like, what I don’t and what I’d change and my thoughts for a future shelter next year.
