every time you open touhou click on start button and click "ProgTweak" and click "Taskmgr" and find Th(number).exe
as soon as you find it inside the program, hold the game.exe for a few seconds
after that
click SetAffinity
Select only CPU 4,5,6,7 and click Ok

Now Click Start, Click "Csmt" and Click Dxva2 (By O Pombo) (*remembering this option may vary the performance from device to device so test it first*.)

Minimum Requirements:
4GB ram phone And 64Bits (you can still try with 32bit)
Adreno Devices Tends to have better performance because it makes better use of the gpu
