Fernleigh, owned by Malcolm Coleman, sits at the foothills of Coolah Tops and the Liverpool Plains and is 1,164.5ha of productive grazing land and critically endangered box gum woodland.
When the family bought the property two years ago it came with an established NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust (NSW BCT) conservation agreement and an annual income.
