Balzer's massive 2850 grain cart showcased at 2022 Commodity Classic

Sean McMahon, VP of marketing for Balzer Inc., shares the features of the Balzer Field Floater 7 model 2850 grain cart. The 2850 grain cart is the largest grain cart in the market with grain capacity of 2,850 bushels.

“The Balzer 2850 has upgraded Michelin Floatxbib 1055 tires, two-wheel brakes and steerable axles, independent suspension with 14” of travel on each tire, dual auger system with a 20” belly auger and 24” vertical auger providing a 1090 bushel/minute unload rate,” said Sean McMahon.

Balzer offers the Field Floater 7 grain cart line-up in 5 different sizes: 1550, 1725, 2150, 2550, and 2850 bushels.

“Compaction is big topic right now, so when loaded in the field we are at 17 psi, and that’s all thanks to these Michelin tires and accompanied with the Balzer suspension”, said McMahon.
