Hello yoga friend and welcome to your All Levels Yin Yoga Practice for the Shoulders, Arms and Wrists. This 40 minute yoga session works the spine and hips at the same time that it works the shoulders via Eagle Arms and Cowface Arms, the elbows in Sphinx Pose and the wrists via Butterfly. While we stress these upper body tissues, we will also stimulate the upper body meridian lines, especially the Heart and Lungs. Remember to do what feels good for your body and if you feel any tingling in the fingers, back off or come out of the pose.
What you will need for this yoga practice:
Yoga Mat
2 Yoga Blankets, cushions or bed pillows
2 Yoga Blocks if you have them
Eye pillow or soft cloth for Savasana (resting pose)

Poses in the sequence:
Child's Pose (Balasana)
Melting Heart (Anahatasana)
Sphinx
Half-Shoelace
Butterfly (Baddha Konasana)
One Knee Reclining Twist
Savasana (Corpse Pose) or any comfortable resting pose for your body
