$1200, same old UD quality control. Reviewing a box of 21-22 Upper Deck The Cup Hockey Cards

Is spending almost the equivalent to a monthly mortage payment (at least a couple years ago) on six hockey cards a good investment? Probably not, but lets find out just how bad it is! Opening and reviewing a box of 21-22 The Cup hockey cards from Upper Deck. I sadly call my shot pretty well on this one in a bad way. Overall these cards don't even come close to feeling "premium" enough to justify the insane price. A fair price is along the lines of $700ish Canadian dollars. Then you'd at least have a snowballs chance of coming close to getting your monies worth. Unbelievably, this is a product that UD personel thinks should be opened "by the case." So either they think hockey card collectors are all trust fund kids or tech billionaires who can afford a $6000+ dollar case of cards to get "the full experience," or this product is only for the cancer of the hobby, breaking.
