The half stick technique that I devised is an application of the cane technique left behind by Mr. Masutatsu Oyama. Furthermore, I would like to utilize Kyokushin Karate's Shuto-Uchi(5 types) (coordination of manual and weapon techniques). However, there are other ways to use the stick, including kesagake-uchi. In addition, in Takushin Budo, I would like to further study the rationale and techniques of koryu bujutsu, and incorporate and fuse these rationales and techniques.

The hanbojutsu that I am researching is an application of the many techniques shown in the books written by Masutatsu Oyama, the basics of manual techniques, secret techniques, Kyokushin Karate, and sequel, Hiden Kyokushin Karate. It's okay to say that. Shihan Masutatsu Oyama has left behind something wonderful. I want to make use of that gift. The meaning of this is to study a wide variety of martial arts and martial arts, and incorporate and integrate their principles and techniques into oneself. Just like Shihan Masutatsu Oyama when he was still young, he had Nebula's aspirations hidden in his heart...
【No,1より】
The publication of This is Karate was probably the catalyst for the spread of Kyokushin Karate around the world.
The Japanese version of that book is Secret Kyokushin Karate.
It is no exaggeration to say that the techniques and training system recorded in that book are completely different from current Kyokushin Karate.
The matches that many people now think of as Kyokushin Karate without face attacks were originally just one means to popularize Kyokushin Karate.
True Kyokushin Karate was the culmination of many martial arts and martial arts that Master Masutatsu Oyama studied and practiced. These techniques included not only karate techniques, but also jujutsu techniques, stick techniques, and judo techniques. There are also elements of boxing, which Shihan Masutatsu Oyama adopted when he was young.
For many years, I have been practicing karate as if returning to the origins of Master Masutatsu Oyama. However, he thought that if he changed Kyokushin Karate, which had become widespread among the population, there would be no students left in the dojo, so he refrained from telling them about it.
However, my life is nearing its end. In the end, I want to leave behind the techniques, training system, and martial arts philosophy that are appropriate for karate, or rather, martial arts.
The cane technique described by Shihan Masutatsu Oyama is a technique of Daito-ryu jujutsu. I would like to incorporate this technique and evolve it into a new “Hanbo Jutsu.'' To that end, he would like to study not only Japanese swordsmanship, but also weaponry and martial arts that exist around the world.
In the future, I would like to go on a journey to explore the depths of martial arts with comrades who want to explore the path, using the term Takushin Budo to express my martial arts philosophy.
This video is a video that reproduces the basics of the cane technique published in Hiden Kyokushin Karate. To be honest, I'm not very good at using a walking stick. However, I will continue to practice and research.
In addition, I would like to write about not only self-defense using a cane, but also stick fighting and stick fighting using a cane or half-stick.
However, my legs are so damaged that I usually need a cane. I usually try not to use a cane, but the truth is that both of my legs are broken. It's especially bad on one leg. Therefore, you cannot fight unless you master martial arts using weapons.
Thankfully, Masutatsu Oyama sensei left us the basics for using sticks (short sticks and half sticks) for our students. I will apply these basics to make the most of my old and broken body.
