DK2 3” Wood Chipper Review & First Look (OPC533) – 1 Year Update in Description

** ONE YEAR UPDATE: April 2023 - I just pulled my DK2 OPC533 out of the shed for the first since fall. It started on the first pull, and performed well for a full day of chipping. Still happy with my purchase. My one issue with the unit is that the top leaf shredder hopper makes the unit a little top-heavy for towing on uneven ground and I'm investigating the option of remove it and covering the opening with some kind of metal plate. April 2022 - I just bought a new $700 chipper/shredder, the Detail K2 Power OPC533 (or sometimes OPC553 which I think was just a typo at Lowes.com?) and wanted to put it through its paces and test it out as a solution to the really messy forest trails I was left with after this recent snow storm.

In this video I show it chipping through lots of branches, starting small and going all the way up to the 3" maximum capacity claim.
