One of my big goals in 2024 is to show up more authentically in life and online, and talk about what it really means to live and walk a path of authenticity.

A persistent block to authenticity I've found is my deep fear of being seen and perceived. In this video I chat through where these fears stemmed from, how I've confronted and overcome this fear, and what I've learnt (and continue to learn) in the process xx
