GY6 Timing Chain Tensioner Operation

Shows how the GY6 tensioner operates. First unscrew the large philips cover. Then slowly remove the two 8mm bolts holding it down. After removing, turn slot screw fully clockwise until it locks in the fully raised position, or just hold it that way until you place it back in the engine and put the two 8mm bolts back in. Then slowly turn the slot screw counter-clockwise to engage the tensioner.
