When we talk about being #marathi or from #maharashtra, few things comes to our mind which gave us an identity of being Marathi or Maharashtrian. Definitely first thing is Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, then Marathi language and lot of festivals. Ganesh Chaturthi is one of them. It is one of the most celebrated festivals along with Diwali in Maharashtra and not only in #india but outside India as well. All the indian expats or indian origin people celebrate this festival to keep our culture and traditions alive. In #usa this festival is celebrated in almost every state. In #bayarea, #california, Maharashtra Mandal Bay Area and Spartans Pathak is keeping this tradition alive. I was a part of one of their performances in San Jose.
