Today we installed a cargo divider on the 4 man soft top. Install time: 20 min.
Brackets custom made from Aluminum to fit the divider which was sprayed with “Bed-liner”. Adding a bit of thickness , couldn’t be sure the OME brackets would work. These were laser cut and bent at a local fabrication shop. (Bruce T. ..awesome job!) 1/4” stainless hardware was used.
Measure back far enough to clear the seat backs. I did 4.25” from body seam. The high part of the bracket is facing out as I plan to have Velcro running at that height across and do some trimming to the curtain. ( see Hummer mods and repairs video of a similar fix)

We’ll eventually show how to design a barrier and seal between the bed and divider to mitigate water when installed.

This divider is a accessory I wanted to have from the beginning to separate cargo from passengers and have removable immediately with the idea -out side of long cargo room - to be able to sleep down the long axis of the vehicle if overlanding / camping and needing to reside inside the vehicle. Versatility all the way!
