Both of the traffic lights for through traffic for this direction and the opposite direction have louvers in the green, yellow, and red lights. The reason for this is because there are other traffic lights at near by intersections ahead and behind me and the louvers are to not confuse drivers at the near by intersections. Normally you would expect a 3M or McCain PV signal to be put up for these reasons, but for some reason, the city of Escondido just wanted to put up standard signals with the louvers. If you were a block behind me, you wouldn't be able to see what color the light is.

All 18 red lights, 18 yellow lights, and 18 green lights are LED
The pedestrian signals have 7 LED countdown and 1 LED hand/man
The signals are owned by the city of Escondido
