This honeybee hive built in this uninsulated garage wall. It's Febuary here in Texas, so the temperature is cool, with nights in the 30's. You can see that the brood is small, unlike in the Summer when it is a lot more dense and higher in numbers. They enjoyed this spot for at least a year or more.
