When I started speed bagging I wanted to look like Rocky so bad on the speed bag. Two months into my journey I came across the "Mystery Man" video. Up till that point I had only seen boxing style speed bag work. The typical triple beat mostly, couple double. to be honest I thought I was better on the bag than anyone on the planet. Then I was as humbled as Zach was the first time he saw a video of Alan Kahn AKA The God Father Of Speed Bag as well as the author of the book The Speed Bag Bible.
